This one bedroom, one bath, seventh-floor unit sleeps six... with two full-size beds in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cook will find a fully-equipped kitchen... with a view of the Gulf of Mexico to boot! Dining table seats six. NOTE: Minimum rental age 25. No Pets. No Smoking.

Just outside Holiday Surf's door you can step into our heated pool... or take a few steps across sugar white sand to swim in the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Surf offers two lighted tennis courts and separate men's and women's exercise facilities onsite. Opportunities for windsurfing, parasailing, snorkeling, and fishing can be found along the beach too.

Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is located a little east of the "jetties," where Gulf and Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and diving. And the perfect place for the end of the day... Here you can watch a parade of boats returning from Gulf to harbor as, behind them, the sun sinks into the Gulf of Mexico.

Only a few minutes' drive will take you to Destin Harbor... home of Destin's world-class charter fishing fleet, plus sailing excursions, sunset cruises, pleasure boat rentals, diving, and snorkeling trips... also, wonderful water-view restaurants and fun dockside bars. Nearby are abundant shopping opportunities... from exclusive boutiques to outlet stores, antiques, and art to sandals and bathing suits. Numerous golf courses and amusement parks are only a short drive away.

Spring Break - 03/08/08 to 04/12/08 ..
$850/week .. + 11% taxes

Late Spring - 04/12/08 to 05/17/08 ..
$750/week .. + 11% taxes

Summer Season - 05/17/08 to 08/09/08 ..
$1,150/week + 11% taxes

Late Summer - 08/09/08 to 09/06/08 ..
$750/week .. + 11% taxes

Early Fall - 09/06/08 to 09/27/08 ..
$625/week .. + 11% taxes

Late Fall - 09/27/08 to 11/01/08 ..
$550/week .. + 11% taxes

Off Season - 11/01/08 to 12/31/08 ..
$395/week .. + 11% taxes

Weekly rate includes a $80 cleaning fee. The
cleaning fee will be added to daily rentals.
$300 deposit to hold reservation due at
booking. Balance due 28 days prior to arrival
date. 11% tax added to rental fees. Must be
25 or older to rent this condo. No Smoking or
Pets. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out
time is 10:00 AM. Note: Until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice.
